My Pictures are not ready again today!
Yet another frustration.
It is really not anyone's fault, the lady who does the work was sick.
I do have great news though.
I sent a project off today for Quick Quilts magazine and have a project in the upcoming McCall's Quilting magazine.
I will give you more information later.
More exciting news, Pat Eckstrom took my Fractured Star class and
made her quilt with great fabric featuring fruits and vegetables.
She entered the quilt in the Texas State Fair. She one FIRST PLACE.
Well low and behold Oprah comes to Texas to the fair.
Yesterday I am watching the Oprah show and when they show Oprah judging food, they also show the other entries and winners and there is Pat's quilt!!! That is Pat and her mother in the picture with the quilt in a glass case.

Very Busy Year
This has been the busiest year I can remember.
The last time I posted was in July and it seems like yesterday.
I have so many things to tell you and will have to spread them out for several days.
The first thing is what everyone has been waiting for.
My two new patterns from market are finally ready!!!
The first pattern is called Fine Dining.

This pattern has four contemporary table runners in one pattern.
The four on the front of the pattern are made with taffeta silk from dellaQ.
They are embellished with beautiful ribbons.
The first runner is called Black Tie.

I used Tomato Ribbon on it to go with the gorgeous silks.

The second is called Cocktails at 6:00 with floral ribbon.

Third is Canapes' on the Terrace.

Last is Coffee & Cognac with another great ribbon.

Cosmic Jewels is also ready and online.

I will have pictures of all the quilts (lap, twin, queen & king) tomorrow.
Photography has been a challenge this time. Fall Quilt Market was lots of fun, especially seeing all my favorite quiltshop owners and meeting lots of new ones.
